Im Falle einer beschädigten Anlieferung bemühe ich mich um Entschädigung. Sollte das Produkt weder repariert noch restauriert werden können, werde ich die Rückerstattung Ihrer Kaufsumme umgehend veranlasst.

§3 Cancellation policy
 
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of revocation.

Consumers have the right to revoke purchase contracts with ANNA HÄRTELT , which were concluded on the basis of an order in the online store www.annahärtelt.de/direct-sales , within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period begins from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
 
In order to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must inform ANNA HÄRTELT by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email to: ANNA HÄRTELT, mail: info@anna-haertelt.de) about the decision to revoke the purchase contract. To comply with the revocation period, the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period is sufficient.
 
If the customer revokes the purchase contract, ANNA HÄRTELT will refund all payments ANNA HÄRTELT has received from the customer. The same means of payment that was used in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless a different, explicit agreement is made. ANNA HÄRTELT can refuse the repayment until ANNA HÄRTELT has received the goods back.
 
In the case of revocation, the customer must return the goods to ANNA HÄRTELT or hand them over to ANNA HÄRTELT immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer has informed ANNA HÄRTELT of the revocation of the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

§3 Widerrufsbelehrung
 
Verbrauchern steht grundsätzlich ein Widerrufsrecht zu.

Verbraucher haben das Recht, innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen Kaufverträge mit ANNA HÄRTELT , die aufgrund einer Bestellung im Online-Shop www.annahärtelt.de/direct-sales abgeschlossen wurden, zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde oder ein von ihm benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Ware in Besitz genommen hat.
 
Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, muss der Kunde ANNA HÄRTELT mittels eindeutiger Erklärung (z.B. per Email an: ANNA HÄRTELT, Mail: info@anna-haertelt.de) über den Entschluss, den Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist aus.
 
Wenn der Kunde den Kaufvertrag widerruft, erstattet ANNA HÄRTELT alle Zahlungen, die ANNA HÄRTELT von dem Kunden erhalten hat. Für die Rückzahlung wird dasselbe Zahlungsmittel verwendet, das bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt wurde, es sei denn, es wird eine abweichende, ausdrückliche Vereinbarung getroffen. ANNA HÄRTELT kann die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis ANNA HÄRTELT die Ware wieder zurückerhalten hat.
 

Der Kunde muss im Falle des Widerrufs die Ware unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde ANNA HÄRTELT über den Widerruf des Kaufvertrages unterrichtet hat, an  ANNA HÄRTELT zurücksenden oder ANNA HÄRTELT übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn der Kunde die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist von 14 Tagen absendet. Der Kunde trägt die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware.
